REFUND POLICY
¿HOW DO I RETURN AND ITEM?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.
Only items purchased directly from Tiger Crafts Decor. For products purchased from authorized retailers, contact them directly for returns.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and accessories included.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition in which we sent them and in their original packaging. There will be no stains on the items.
If the condition of the returned product is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange the item.
Customized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Non-refundable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrectly purchased products, and products damaged by customer mishandling.
Returns made without receipt may be refused. Tiger Crafts Decor reserves the right to refuse any refund.
WHAT IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVED ARE FAULTY/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
DID YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG OINTMENT OR PRODUCT? ARE YOU SIMPLY NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER?
Contact our customer service team: sales@tigercraftsdecor.com to start the return process. Please include the following information:
- Serial number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the damaged product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact telephone number
In some cases, you may need to include a video or photo of the replacement product as proof to refund or replace the product.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
Return processing may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.
A full refund will be credited for the products. For non-damaged items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling costs.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the bank that issued the card within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
Contact the card issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will be credited to your account.
If you haven't received a refund credit yet, here's what you should do:
Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is registered in your account
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Be sure to provide your order number and the change you would like to make and we will confirm this once the change has been made. Please note that orders that have already been packaged or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
