What types of payments do you accept?

We accept any debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal.



When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Laredo, Texas. Please allow extra time to process your order during vacations and sales seasons.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-4 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take between 1 to 7 business days for delivery in USA and between 8 to 15 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

The prices shown on our site are tax free in USD, which means that you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and customs related fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and we will not cover them. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the items I received are defective / incorrect / damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order if you received incorrect, missing or defective merchandise. Please include your order number, pictures of the items and all related references when you receive your package.

We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long does the return process take?

Returns can take up to 14 business days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
